Your account
Keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your workspace.
Acceptable use
Do not use agents or workflows to send spam, to break the terms of connected services, or to process data you have no right to process.
Automations act for you
Workflows can send real messages and emails. Review a workflow before you run or schedule it; you are responsible for what it sends.
Plans and billing
Plan limits are shown on the pricing page. Paid plans and services are invoiced after you confirm a request with us.
Availability
We work to keep Relay available but do not promise uninterrupted service on the Starter plan. Enterprise customers can agree an SLA.
