What counts as a run?
One execution of a workflow from its first step to its last or its first failure, whether started by hand, an automation, a webhook or the chatbot.
What happens when I pass my run limit?
Workflows pause and you are told. Nothing is billed automatically; you can move up a tier or wait for the next month.
Do Slack and Email cost extra?
No. They are included on every tier. You bring your own Slack bot and email sending account.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes. Upgrade whenever you outgrow a plan, and downgrade at the end of a billing period.
How do I pay?
